Wow! The effects are incredible.

The effects (Thanks to Flash 8), the animation, the art, and sound was marvelous. This would honestly make a good children's movie(maybe on Disney or something.)

BEST Movie on NG this summer.

You guys have really out done yourselves. You improved everything, except probably the jokes. Decline 2 was funnier. When Wade Fulp is done exterminating Decline imposters, make Decline 4 for the Spring, 2006 (if you haven't started yet) and make fun of the PS3. I heard that the PS3 will cost $400(about 300 Pounds.)

This movie had great sound. It looks like the only thing you concentrated on was probably the head. As a matter of fact, you didn't even work on the head that well because everybody had a basketball shaped head, which was hilarious!
